Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the EXPANSION APP (run by Expansion Inc.) collects, why, and the choices you have. Plain words, no tricks.
What we collect
- Your account: your email, and your name if you sign in with Apple or Google. If you use Sign in with Apple and hide your email, we only see the relay address Apple gives us.
- Your map: what you type into the app: scores, targets, stakes, check-ins, C4 notes and settings. It's saved to your account so it follows you between devices.
- Feedback you send from the app, with the screen you were on and your device type.
- Billing: Stripe handles payment. We never see or store your card number; we keep your plan and whether it's active.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data or show you ads.
- Your private check-in answers during Map Day are never stored.
- Your coach and crew never see your C4 notes.
Who helps us run it
- Supabase stores accounts and maps.
- Stripe processes payments.
- GoHighLevel sends our emails and texts. We share your email, name and plan so we can welcome you and send updates. You can unsubscribe from any message.
- Apple and Google, only if you choose to sign in with them.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your data while your account is open. Delete it any time in the app: open your profile, then Delete my account. That removes your account and your map. Billing records Stripe must keep for tax law stay with Stripe. You can also set C4 notes to delete themselves after 30 days.
Ages
The app is for people 13 and older. Young men 13 to 17 should use it with a parent, who acts as their witness. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you think we have, tell us and we'll delete it.
Not medical care
EXPANSION is a coaching tool, not therapy or medical care. If you're in crisis in the US, call or text 988.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
