These terms are the deal between you and Expansion Inc. when you use the EXPANSION APP. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your sign-in safe and use your real email. You must be 13 or older; if you're under 18, use the app with a parent.

Free trial

New members can start a free trial on Expansion Maps. You add a card at checkout and nothing is charged that day. Checkout shows the trial length and the date of your first charge. Unless you cancel before that date, your plan starts and renews automatically at the price shown. You can cancel any time from Manage billing in the app. The free trial is for first-time members only. Beta testers invited by us may get free days with no card; when those end, choosing a plan starts billing that day.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time from Manage billing in the app; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments aren't refunded for partial periods. If we change a price, we'll tell you before it applies to you.

What the app is, and isn't

EXPANSION is a planning and coaching tool. It isn't therapy, medical, legal or financial advice. Results depend on the work you put in, and we don't promise any particular outcome. Talk to a doctor before changing your health routine, and see a licensed counselor for mental-health care.

Fair use

Don't misuse the app: no trying to break in, copy it, resell access or harass anyone. We may close accounts that do.

Our content

The app, Expansion Maps, the C4 method and the training are ours. Your map is yours; you give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you.

Limits

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect. California law governs these terms.
